Resolution
Committee: Peace and Security
Topic: The lack of Education and Wealth of the Abuser
Deeply concerned by three million child abuse reports that are made every year,
Realizing that there is unequal education treatment to children all over the world,
Encouraging to place laws against child labor in China, sub- Saharan Africa and any other places in the world that does not have these laws.
Affirming the Illinois Child Labor Law and Fair Labor Standards Act states no child shall be required to work in any hazardous situation that places them in a clear and present danger to life and limb, regardless of any parental consent.
Stressing that manufacturing and agricultural corporations should pay for all the crushing accidents, amputations, and fractures of these children.
Taking into account that the USA reauthorization the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act places a strong emphasis on interagency collaborations across child protective services, health, mental health, juvenile justice, education, and other public and private agencies.
1. Applauds the National Chicago Alliance for intervening in 267,000 child abuse cases last year, and provide over 519,000 individuals with child abuse prevention training.
2. Suggest that there should be intense parenting classes for people before having babies.
3. Demands to speak up against child abuse and report any maltreatment to any child.
4. Expresses the necessity of the proper environment, education, and health of any human being.
